Description

Dr. Slack's passion has always been primary care, treating the whole patient, and working in rural-facing, underserved areas. After obtaining a bachelor's degree in biomedical science from Northern Arizona University, he attended the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine with the intention of becoming a Primary Care Physician.
